Apoptosis rate analysis of the HUVECs with CoCl ₂ treatment. HUVECs were incubated with various concentrations of CoCl₂ (0, 100, 300, 600 and 900 μM) for 0, 12, 24, 36 and 48 hrs. The cell apoptosis rate at each time point was assayed using a flow cytometry assay. The following RNA sources were used for amplification: Normal (normal cultural HUVECs) and CoCl₂ (300 μM CoCl₂-treated HUVECs).
