A. SMARCAL1 first HARP domain phylogenetic tree with the highest parsimony (length = 46). The consistency index is 0.95, the retention index is 0.94, and the composite index is 0.90 for all sites and parsimony-informative sites. There were a total of 57 positions in the final dataset, of which 20 were parsimony informative. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (500 replicates) is shown next to the branches. B.
