Venn diagrams, showing the numbers of genes differentially expressed in each tissue. A Parental A/J vs C57Bl/6, B Congenic Tir1AA vs Tir1CC, C genes in the parental lines which occur on different haplotypes and are differentially expressed. In all cases most genes were differentially expressed in only one of the tissues. Differential expression was defined as absolute log2 fold change > 0.5 and pplr < 0.005.
