The correlation was calculated by a bootstrap analysis (repeated 1000 times) across all neighboring parallel (→ →), divergent (← →) and convergent (→ ←) pairs. The ΔH3K14ac level of a gene was defined as the mean level of ΔH3K14ac in its translated region.
