Bars represent distinct animals and are labelled with animal identifiers. The right-most bar in each panel depicts the relative copy number in a calibrator animal from the alternate breed. The calibrator is assumed to contain two copies of the DNA segment. Each bar was calculated from four technical replicates. The error bars show the minimum and maximum value encountered among the replicates.
