The predicted regulatory relationships between target mimics and certain microRNAs were depicted by gray dashed lines, and the microRNA—target regulatory relationships were denoted by black lines. The transcripts LOC_Os03g57190.1 and LOC_Os07g05720.1 belonging to TCP gene family, and the osa-miR164 family members were highlighted by translucent blue ovals, indicating that the expression of osa-miR164 was positively regulated by the TCP family genes. The network was drawn by Cytoscape [25].
