  1. Differentially expressed genes based on HFD v ND comparison at each time-point according to p-value < 0.05, fold change > 2 in the epididymal WAT depot and fold change > 2 in the mesenteric WAT depot. Unique HFD responsive genes were differentially expressed at one or more time-points.
