  1. The OMP class of a protein was predicted by HHomp[14]. HHOmp defines the class based on the similarity to a closely related OMP structure. When HHomp cannot find a related structure, it classifies the proteins in OMP.nn. OMP.hypo proteins are hypothetical proteins[14].
