(A) Structure of the plasmid containing the Ac transposase and heat shock promoter (HSP) Gmhsp17.5-E from soybean [42], and hpt as plant selectable marker. (B) Structure of the activation construct (ATDs) [26]. The ATDs contains hpt as transposition selection marker. The rolC gene is outside of ATDs and the CaMV 35S promoter on the left site of the ATDs keeps this gene active under non-excised stage. The nptII gene with the nopaline synthase promoter (nos) is used as transformation marker. Relevant restriction enzyme cutting sites are introduced into the maps.
