The light-coloured boxes correspond to the ORFs of the 5-kb gene cluster. They are bordered by unframed plain-coloured boxes assigned to phage, IS transposases, virD4, Rhs or other specific sequences. Similar ORFs (orthologs) are represented by the same coloured squares. The dotted line illustrates two non-adjacent ORFs.
