Analysis of 19q13 amplicon genes. (A) Heatmap representation of aCGH profiles [6] across the 19q13 region for a set of 70 pancreatic cancer cell lines and early-passage xenografts. Red intensity reflects DNA amplification (see key). Note, the smallest common region of amplification includes 12 genes (indicated) but excludes AKT2 (labeled). Those pancreatic cancer cell lines also analyzed in the shRNA screen are identified by a star; those with 19q13 amplification are identified by a red star. Figure modified from [6].
