Unrooted maximum likelihood tree of Populus (Pt), Prunus (Pp) and Arabidopsis LONELY GUY ( LOG ) genes. LOGs convert conjugated cytokinins into their bioactive forms. The tree is based on a deduced amino acid (198 aa) sequence alignment (Additional file 6: Figure S3). Support for each clade is given as ≥50% of bootstrap pseudoreplicates.
