  1. BAC CH82-297B18 was used as a single-copy control for all samples except for case #7, where it showed a duplication pattern. In this particular case we used BAC CH82-53P08 for this purpose. Sin, Single; Dup, Duplicated; CN, copy number; Het, Duplication in Heterozygosis.
