Phylogenomic relationships of Sporothrix species and other thermodimorphic fungal pathogens. The phylogenetic tree was constructed from an alignment of 153,436 amino acids of 395 orthologous protein clusters. The tree was inferred by Maximum Likelihood method implemented in RAxML and Dayhoff amino acid substitution was used as the best protein substitution model. The tree was calibrated with the origin of the Ascomycota clade around 500–650 MYA.
