Characterization of clones from the yeast two-hybrid library. Plasmids recovered from yeast strain YM4271 were transformed into E. coli strain KC8 by electroporation. Tranformants were selected by spotting the transformation mixture onto M9 plates supplemented with tryptophan (A) or M9 plates that were not supplemented with tryptophan (B).
