  1. (Upper) Each of the training dataset samples was classified twice: first to one of the SLC39A6/GATA3 groups and then to one of the BCMP11/ABCC11 subtypes. The entries in the table are the number of samples classified to the SLC39A6/GATA3 (row) subtype and to the BCMP11/ABCC11 subtype (column). (Lower) A subset of the Norway/Stanford samples were classified to one of the three subtypes presented in this paper and the classification is compared with the Sørlie et al. (2003) classification.
