Schematic representation of the genomic locations of TasB homologues and their associated upstream ORF, and genomic locations of TasA homologues and their associated downstream ORF. Associated upstream- and downstream genes were grouped according their similarities when blasted against the Conserved Domain Database (CDD). The number of the group (see text for details) is indicated in the left column. The number of loci composing each group is indicated in the right column. Known domains are indicated inside the arrow of the corresponding group.
