Biological processes in inner cell mass (partial). All genes expressed at higher levels in inner cell mass compared with trophectoderm were assessed for their enrichment (GO term analysis in AgriGO) in biological processes (GO:0008150). The hierarchical tree graph contains a highly enriched group of processes ending in chromatin silencing (GO:0006342) and nuclear mRNA splicing, via spliceosome (GO:0000398).
