3′ codon context in X. dendrorhous ORFs. The ORFs were classified in six groups (1–30, 31–70, 71–100, 101–999, ≥1000 and R) according to the HV grouping, including the ribosomal group (R). The upper bar indicates the amino acid codons in the 3′ position, whereas the left bar indicates the reference amino acid codons for the six groups. Good context (the 3′ codons appear more frequently than expected) is indicated as positive values, and bad context (3′ codons appear less frequently than expected) is indicated as negative values. Values between −3 to +3 are not statistically significant (no bias).
