  1. Results from gene set enrichment analysis are presented (from DAVID) for co-expression network modules with significantly enriched Gene Ontology (GO) terms (FDR < 0.05). No significant enrichment was observed among the ‘black’, ‘brown’, ‘yellow’, or ‘green’ network module genes; background genes included all 10,898 genes with expression detectable in 1,264 CD14+ monocyte samples.
