The first column indicates the organisms where the sequences have been searched for and the other columns correspond to the different a known miRNAs, b new isomiRs and c novel miRNAs. The presence of a colored square at the intersections between rows and columns indicates the 100 %-homology presence of the corresponding mature sequence in the genome of the corresponding species. The tree on the left indicates the phylogenetic relationship between the studied species
