O157:H7 whole genome phylogeny and stx2a-converting phage PST comparison suggests multiple acquisitions of PST2 phages. Whole bacteria genomes of 45 O157:H7 strains were aligned using Mugsy [44]. The phylogenetic tree was inferred using RaxML with 1000 bootstrap replicates [45], and visualized as a cladogram due to high variation in branch length. PST1, PST2, and PST3 clusters are shaded in yellow, light purple and orange respectively. Corresponding metadata were added with Evolview [79]
