Genes located in the chain are ESC safeguard genes, and genes located in the ramp are differentiating factors. JMJD1C and JMJD1A work through inhibiting the H3K9me2&3 which are also differentiation factors. Each gene represents the expression level in both NT groups, the right half represents expression level in TSA-NT and the left half represents the expression level in CTR-NT embryos
