  1. The distribution in main functional categories on the basis of “biological process” terms was performed using CateGOrizer [79] setting Plant GO slim method and consolidated single occurrences. The analysis was performed using the GO terms of the 41 and 215 transcripts positively and negatively affected respectively in response to both Fe-citrate and Fe-PS and showing homology to “known protein”
