The scatterplot shows the GO clusters for the 207 TSGs with CNLs in a two-dimensional space derived by applying multidimensional scaling to a matrix of the GO terms' semantic similarities. Bubble color represents the frequency of the GO term in the GOA database (more general terms are toward red). Bubble size indicates the log of corrected p-value (the smaller corrected p-value, the larger bubble)
