Comparison of core genomes of 16 sequenced Frankia strains [5, 7–11, 14–20, 94] using EDGAR [57]. Outgroups (given in blue) were three actinobacterial genomes, Micromonospora lupini Lupac 08 [95], Nocardia farcinica [96] and Mycobacterium gilvum Spyr1 [97]. The phylogenetic tree was deduced from concatenated core gene alignments using PHYLIP [58]. Bootstrap values were 100 for every branch
