Tissue expression profiles of g6pc genes in vertebrates. Excepted for lamprey, relative expression of g6pc genes was calculated as the percentage of the maximum rpkm (number of reads per kilobase per million reads) value per species. These data were obtained from BioGPS database for the mouse and from Phylofish database for other species. Relative abundance of g6pc mRNA in lamprey was established by RT-qPCR analysis and expressed as means ± SE (n = 10)
