Blue values denote the enriched chromosomes with a p-value less than 1.0e-2 in Fisher’s exact test. Line graphs are the ratios of the identified SNPs to total SNPs for each chromosome. The ratios are in negative log scale, thus a lower value indicates a high proportion of the SNPs distinguishing between N’Dama and Ogaden breeds. For all graphs, left y-axis represents the number of SNPs and right y-axis indicates the ratio value
