  1. Sugarcanes were grown in 5 ft plot at Hawaii Agriculture Research Center Maui and Kunia substations in 2010 and 2011–2012, respectively. The dry weight (in metric ton per hectare per 12-month) of each F2 progeny were measured. The 2010 and 2011 crops are newly planted seed pieces while 2012 plants are ratoon crops
