Variation in the quality and length of Sanger reads for the four libraries. Libraries #1/2 were sequenced bidirectionally while libraries #3/4 were sequenced unidirectionally. Three trace files were generated for a few difficult amplicons in library #2 to maximize success in sequence recovery
