  1. The protein sequences extracted from the predicted SM BGCs using antiSMASH ver. 4.3.0 (query sequences) were analyzed with the RiPPMiner software for T. reesei, T. citrinoviride, T. harzianum, and T. brevicompactum. False positives were removed via manual inspection
