a and b Statistically significant change in relative abundance of MGE transposase between control and treatment groups. Relative abundance of MGE transposase that had statistically significant change after Ampicilin (a) and Ciprofloxacin (b) treatments. No significant change was detected with Fosfomycin treatment. The height of each bar corresponds to the average relative abundance of transposase for that specific timepoint. The relative abundance was calculated as the percentage of reads mapped to each MGE within the sample. Statistically significant change of relative abundance was defined as those pairwise comparisons between control and 24, 48, and 72 h time points with an FDR < =0.05 (* FDR < =0.05, ** FDR < = 0.01, *** FDR < = 0.001, **** FDR < = 0.0001, ns FDR > 0.05)
