  1. Table 1 presents a comparison of the methylation states of promoters (including the promoters with CGIs and without CGIs), introns, exons and CGIs (no promoters) for both cell lines using T-test statistical method, which provides an overview of the difference of the methylation state between two cell lines. 1 The information of the number of sites in different genomic categories is presented. 2–3 The statistical results of the difference of methylation states in different genomic categories between two cell lines are presented, considering high confidence mapped tags and all mapped tags, respectively. 4 The mean of the number of tags for the corresponding cell line in a given genomic category.
