A CodaChrome heat map is shown in which the proteome of Sphingobium chlorophenolicum was loaded as the seed sequence and the rows were not sorted. The boxed regions show a section of the proteome of S. chlorophenolicum that lacks orthologs in the closely related S. japonicum but has orthologs in the more distantly related S. wittichii.
