Gene expression profiles of bone marrow-derived CD3+ T-cells of SAA patients at initial presentation and after hematological recovery. Hierarchical clustering analysis of gene expression patterns in CD3+ T-cells of 2 independent SAA patient pools at initial presentation (I and IIa) and in hematological remission (pool IIb) following immunosuppressive therapy were performed with respect to the expression profile of pooled CD3+ T-cells from healthy volunteers.
