For the Loci track, genes encoding hypothetical proteins are colored in red, genes encoding expressed proteins in yellow, and genes encoding known/putative proteins colored in green. Gene models were generated using the annotation pipeline described in the Materials. Repetitive sequences are shown on the bottom track with retrotransposons colored brown, transposons colored orange, miniature inverted-repeat transposable elements colored green, centromeric-related sequences colored blue, telomeric-related sequences colored purple, rDNA sequences colored pink, and unclassified repetitive sequences colored yellow.
