Network of genes with associated functional protein interactions, created based on genes with strong eQTLs in blood and dura (log Bayes factor > 10) or significant eQTLs in dura only. This included 64 genes, 47 of which were isolated as they had no functional interactions with the other genes; the remaining 17 genes are shown.
