Analysis was conducted using the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID)42 v6.7, using the de novo assembled liver transcriptome generated in this study as a background. Differentially expressed transcripts and enriched related processes from all glyphosate and Roundup treatments are highlighted in blue.
