Computational inferred interactions identified by TargetScan were classified in two different groups, based on whether targets were predicted for the two species analyzed (“Mouse and Human”) or only one (“Mouse or Human”). Predicted targets were compared to previous reports and identical findings annotated as “true” or “false”
