Subcellular localization of SiPPR protein. Fluorescence signals were visualized with 488 and 543 nm illumination using a Zeiss LSM700 confocal laser-scanning microscopy. Green fluorescence showed GFP, red fluorescence indicates chloroplast autofluorescence or stained protoplasts used mitotracker orange and yellow fluorescence indicated images with the two types of fluorescence merged.
