Table 2 Changes in expression levels of candidate genes in A. millepora under hyposaline stress

  1. For each candidate gene, the table provides log2 fold change (log2FC) and false discovery rate (FDR) data for the hyposaline treatment relative to the control. Blue shading indicates genes that were up-regulated; red shading indicates genes that were down-regulated (FDR <0.05)
