  1. Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) was used for functional analysis of 1036 AR-DEGs identified in the D1 vs. D9 contrast (D1/D9 ratio). AR-DEGs with positive log2 ratios are expressed higher in liver of D1 embryos, while negative log2 ratios indicate higher expression in D9 embryos
