Log Rg vs Log N. The log of average Rg of RNA is plotted against log length of the corresponding RNA for 3775 RNAs. Rg is calculated with C3’ atom. The log length is split into 29 bins across the min to the max log RNA length. The Rg located in the same length bin is represented with the average value. The standard errors are not shown for that it is closed to 0. The data is fitted with a linear function (y(x) = a + b*x). Parameter of a = 0.60 ± 0.04 and b = 0.39 ± 0.02
