Sequence alignment was performed using MUSCLE and the unrooted phylogenetic tree was constructed using bootstrap maximum likelihood tree (1000 replicates) method of MEGA 6.0. The distance scale denotes the number of amino acid substitutions per site. The name of each subfamily/group is indicated next to the corresponding cluster
