Flowchart of LinDeconSeq in identifying marker genes and predicting cellular fractions for bulk samples. The procedure has two stages. In stage 1, a set of marker genes are identified and allocated to the cell types. In stage 2, a weighted RLM with the signature matrix is derived from high confidence marker genes (identified in stage 1) and is used to predict the cellular fractions for bulk samples
