Both z-score and p-value are statistical values generated by the previous univariate COX analysis, and they have a corresponding relationship (that is, the p-value can be obtained by searching the table according to z-score). Z-score represents Wald statistic, z-score > 0 corresponds to high risk AS events, z-score < 0 corresponds to low risk AS events. So all dots form a parabola finally.
