The data are split into high (RA > 0.001) and low (RA < 0.001) relative abundance families. The dots above the families indicate a significant effect of the applied treatment (FDR 5%) and the dot size corresponds to the logFC. The light and dark blue colors mark decrease and increase in relative abundance, respectively. The gray boxes are families found significant in all three methods
