Temporal-spatial expression patterns of CsARGs in tea plant under various abiotic stresses. The expressions of each CsARG gene within 2 d of cold, drought, NaCl treatments were performed by using qRT-PCR technique respectively. CsPTB was chose as actin gene. The final results were calculated with 2–ΔΔCt method, and the samples that collected at 0 h were set as control. The heat map was generated by using Cluster 3.0 software. The colorbar was displayed on the upper- left of the heat map, red and green colors represent higher and lower expression levels, respectively
