Delta 5 and Delta 6 transgenic (D56) tilapia fish alters PRDX1, ACRK4 and TIMP2 gene expression. Wild-type and D56 transgenic tilapia fish challenged with V. vulnificus and liver samples from 0, 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 h post infected conditions were collected for qPCR. Expression of a PRDX1, b ACKR4, c TIMP2 genes relative to EF-1α was estimated. Values represented as Mean ± SEM (n = 5). Significance was determined by T-TEST (*P < 0.05,**P < 0.01,***P < 0.001)
