Tissue-specific gene expression of Tartary buckwheat expansin genes and the correlation between the gene expression patterns of FtEXPs. a The expression patterns of Tartary buckwheat expansin genes in flower (FL), leaf (L), root (R), stem (S) and fruit (FR) were examined by qRT-PCR. Three biological replicates were performed, and three technical replicates were performed for each biological replicate. Error bars were obtained from nine measurements. Lowercase letter(s) above the bars indicate significant differences (α = 0.05, LSD) among different tissues. The results were visualized using GraphPad Prism 7.04. b The correlation of expression patterns of Tartary buckwheat expansin genes in different tissues was visualized by TBTools v1.082.
